Revalidate ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a unified solution to validate Trackmania replays and ghosts remotely that provides replay validation, verification, and analysis services.

The Service is part of the gbx.tools ecosystem and relies on identity.gbx.tools for user authentication and identity management. We do not operate our own account system and do not store credentials.

2. Authentication and Data Access

When you sign in on revalidate.gbx.tools, we use a secure, shared authentication cookie issued by identity.gbx.tools to verify your identity. This cookie is essential and we may use it to request additional data from the identity manager as needed to provide functionality.

All identity-related data processing, including OAuth provider data, cookies, and account management, is governed by the identity.gbx.tools Privacy Policy.

3. Data We Store

3.1 User Data

We can store limited data received from identity.gbx.tools:

• User ID
• Trackmania (2020) and ManiaPlanet player login and nickname

3.2 Validation Data

When you upload replays, ghosts, or maps for validation, we store:

• Replay, ghost, and map (.Gbx) files and basic metadata
• Validation results, timing data, checksums, and logs
• Ghost inputs, checkpoint data, and system information available in replay/ghost files

4. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Validate replays and ghosts using dedicated server containers
• Generate validation reports
• Improve service accuracy, performance, and security
• Produce anonymous usage statistics

5. Data Sharing

Validation results and uploaded files are public by default.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded files, validation results, and related technical data are stored indefinitely to preserve validation integrity.

Deleting your account via identity.gbx.tools does not automatically delete historical validation data.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures:

• Regular security updates and monitoring
• Isolated, containerized validation environments

Your data protection rights, including GDPR rights where applicable, are described in the identity.gbx.tools Privacy Policy.

Additionally, you can:

• Request deletion of specific validation requests and associated data (with authentication)
